The History Of Abc News Anchors

The History Related To ABC News Anchors
Television based news in the U.S was born from network radio. The NBC (National Broadcasting Company) began their initial network-radio service in 1926 and CBS began in September 1927. Both these networks started broadcasting news by concentrating on presidential inaugurations, election results, political conventions and events that were thought of to be of public-concern.
ABC Television is traced back to a forced sale that occurred in the year 1943 of one of the NBC’s radio networks, and began regular broadcasts in the year 1948. Below is some history of the news anchors associated with ABC.
